Today was my supervisor's last day. I'm excited for her career journey because I believe she has a lot of potential and can go on to do great things, but I just wanted her to be my supervisor a little longer. I have to admit, our department had a good one. Many people complain about their supervisors and the many demands they place on you.We never had that problem. As long as everyone did their work (which we are all great at), our department ran smoothly. And we have a great sueprvisor to thank for that. I will truely miss her. Now i have to focus on getting used to someone else.
Happy Moment:
I received this text from our realtor:
"Hey, settlement will be at 10:30 next Friday.
I will email you but I just want to give you a heads up."
Although I'm a little nervous, Kenny seems to be handling things quite well! Our apartment looks like a war zone with boxes randomly placed. My father has our Uhaul reserved and we plan to begin the move as soon as we get our keys.
It's weird to believe we'll be homeowners in just 7 days.
So, what a day!
