I just received this email from my director. In the midst of us trying to buy a house...
As you may be aware, the City of Philadelphia has put a temporary freeze on payments to venders. We are a vender. As a result, there is the possibility that payroll could be affected. In other words, delayed. I will keep you posted, but I wanted you to know as much as I know.
