Our anniversary outings were fun. The leading up to them, were interesting...
Since we've been saving every penny for a new house, we weren't able to be as extravagant as we wanted so we had to choose a lower priced restaurant as opposed to the Moshulu along the waterfront. I ended up completing a very interesting survey/interview to be awarded $100 and that money became out allotted anniversary funds. And luckily we had prepaid movie tickets (although the movie had to have been in theaters for 2 weeks to be able to use them). So this outing was along the "ghetto" side.
There weren't any movies that interest us so we ended going to see Transformers 2 again. I LOVE that movie. And of course, NO POPCORN! That wasn't in the budget! And during the middle of the movie, I realized we left our restaurant money home!
Afterwards, we enjoyed a rather entertaining meal at Benihana's, a Japanese-Hibachi style restaurant. The food was great! They ended up performing a Japanese celebration song for us, which included drums and tambourines, and words we didn't understand. They had us blow out a Buddha candle, gave us free dessert and took our picture and and framed it. So cute!
We than walked Plymouth Meeting mall for fun and went home. We really had a great time.

You guys are just too darn cute! I laughed so hard when you posted that you left your money at home... I'm happy you all had a chance to enjoy each other's company and celebrate your anniversary.
Congrats again :)
