Home Inspection #2

Today we had our inspection on the 2nd house we have inquired about and I am glad to report the house mainly has a clear bill of health – all except minor damage caused by termites. Once the inspector pointed that out, I began itching and now I’m starting to itch just thinking about it. Done talking about that!

This house appears to have been rehabbed completely. Everything is just about new and in good condition. It’s virtually move in ready, after the termite issue is treated.

We are very excited and our prayers are that the termite issue is taken care of and the rest of the process happens rapidly and smoothly (in time for our November 20th closing date) and that this budget issue STOPS affecting my job. I’m trying to buy a house and I need to get paid ON TIME!

Here are a few pictures I took during our home inspection:

Please don't think we are rich. We are just receiving what God is choosing to give us!

Please continue to keep us in your prayers and remember:

Luke 1:37 says "For nothing is impossible with God"
