This past weekend Ray came to stay with us!!! It was so great to see him. We both have missed him tremendously! We picked him up Saturday around noon and took a trip to the Please Touch Museum. Kenny was pretty excited to go because he's never been, it's a rather usual place for Ray and I though. (I left my camera home so no pics!)But we all had a great time.
Sunday we did a photo shoot at The Picture People. I had a coupon for a free trilogy- 3 pics, matting and a frame! Stop sleeping on their coupons!!
We then visited my moms house and took some photos there. Ray was delighted to see everyone.
Afterwards, we dropped Ray off to “the girlfriend” (THAT is a story within itself which I have formulated my own theories), ANYWAY, we meet up with her and Ray seemed excited to get out of the car, then once I said goodbye and gave him and hug and kiss his face turned – downward. He has a sad/mad face, so I began to apologize and let him know we’d call him and see him again. He then leaned back to look at Kenny in the car as if to say, “You’re really gonna leave me?”. That scene broke my heart and it further tore me apart when he began to scream and cry as he walked off. Needless to say I got in the car and cried as well.
Don’t know if I’ll be able to handle that scene often…
