I know it’s been awhile since I’ve blogged but HAPPY NEW YEAR! I am soo excited for 2012 as many great things await us.
So far this pregnancy has progressed well. (I haven’t been sick in quite some time!) Today I am 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant AKA 5 months! I’ve been feeling well and eating just fine :) Wednesday December 14th, while at work, I began to have the weirdest feelings. It literally felt like something (or someone) was trying to break free from my abdomen. I now know those were the first fetal movements, or quickening, that I felt. AMAZING!! It startled me because I was testing someone and they were talking and I essentially blanked out as I tried to wrap my head around what I was feeling. It was very relieving to be able to feel this baby growing inside of me. It makes everything that much more real. I am forever grateful for the moments of feeling the little Davis baby move!
It is only because of the Lord’s favor that I can say I am 5 months pregnant. Everything continues to progress well and words cannot express the gratitude I feel.
We have only progressed this far because of the Lord and the faith we continue to put in Him. Our little baby is in His hands!
