I'm Too Excited To Create A Title!!!

Tonight marked history in my life. Something I have longed to do for quite some time has come to pass!  I WENT TO A CONCERT FEATURING ISRAEL AND NEW BREED!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soo excited I can't go to sleep and that's why I'm posting this at midnight.  Here's the story:

While cruising Israel's myspace page (4 DAYS AGO!), I noticed they were on tour and one of the spots was Philly at the Electric Factory and the concert was scheduled for Sunday. I quickly called my fellow Israel lovers and we set out to try and go. I called to double check my info, and they were not sold out on tickets. I purchased our tickets Friday and we were well on our way.

We arrived early so we can get a good view. The Electric Factory is standing only so you gotta get there early and rush to the front. Although we were early, the line was super long, but everyone that entered first went up on the balcony so that left the front open for us - God at work.

The concert itself was GREAT! Israel and New Breed opened up for Chris Tomlin (Some dude I never heard if but he was great!) Their energy was off the hook and of course we knew every song.

When the concert was over we were just standing around because we couldn't believe what we just experienced, THEN it happened!

Someone walked by us asking if we had backstage passes.

We said "NO, but we would love to have some".

She said, "I only have three".

We said " That's all we need!!!!!!!!!!"

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! She gave us back stage passes for the meet and greet with Israel and Chris! We were too excited! Talk about being at the right place at the right time!!

We were admitted in the back to take pictures and speak with the stars of the night. - Talk about NOT having my camera at the right time! I had to settle for my camera phone!

But we got to speak with Israel and tell him (and his wife) how much of a blessing they are. AND his wife ended up talking with us for a half hour and didn't make us feel like she was in a rush. She actually wanted to talk with us and get our feedback.

OH MY GOODNESS!! We cannot believe that happened to us!

HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD TO ORCHESTRATE SUCH A DIVING APPOINTMENT AS THAT!

We are committed to traveling to concerts together so God can continue to bestow favor on us in that area.
WOW! I'm blown away by the experience!!

I will continue to pray that God has his hand upon Israel and New Breed and that they continue to do the work of the Lord!

Now we have to find a way to make it to the conference in Houston, TX for September.
