We just received a check...a partial check. I guess they weren't assured that they would receive the payroll money this week.
AND...
I received a call from our realtor today. The sellers of house #2 contacted her and informed her they would possibly be receiving another bid on their house this evening and urged us to get ours in ASAP. This situation is a little tricky and we could enter into a bidding war but I'm trying to stay hopeful of this (and all other) situations. I really want to believe God put this house on the market for us and we REALLY want it.
I just hope I get full checks from here on out so we can continue to save for Our First Place.
